Why does this blog matter?

I know that not everyone who is reading this blog is an only child, but I do hope that those who are can find some relatable topics within this content. For those who aren’t, you should still stay around so that you can get a better understanding of us. 

We aren't like everyone else. We grew up where our parents were our best friends and also where we had to come up with interesting ways to entertain ourselves when all of our friends were busy. We also never had to share our belongings nor a room with siblings, so moving in to college may have been a struggle for some. We live in completely different ways and in the end it makes us completely different people, but in a good way of course. 

The purpose of this blog is to talk about the everyday life of an only child and my adjustments into college. Wether it be daily struggles or relatable topics, I want to include a variety of ideas that can be of interest to different groups as well. By doing so, I hope that those reading may find comfort in knowing that others are going through the same struggles as them and can relate to the topics I write about.
